The Blue Fox restaurant in Lithgow is a popular destination for people looking for a great meal in a cozy. Top quality food, with particular praise for the schnitzel, ribs, gnocchi, and the iced chocolate.The schnitzel was perfectly cooked with a crispy coating and tender meat, while the ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and packed with flavor. The gnocchi is also light, fluffy, and perfectly seasoned. As for the iced chocolate, it's a must try!Fantastic service to top it all off!!!

The restaurant has a cozy and lively atmosphere, with friendly staff and delicious food. I ordered the lamb shank with mashed potatoes and vegetables, and it was tender, juicy and flavorful. The portion was generous and satisfying. The cocktails were also well-made and refreshing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality meal in Lithgow. It’s worth the detour from the highway!

We had lunch at the Blue Fox and the staff, the food were excellent. I highly recommend pulling in for a great feed if you are in Lithgow.

There's a certain Je ne sais quoi" about this place that you won't want to miss! It was a pleasant surprise to discover the perfect espresso martini and old-fashioned here. If only we had more time

We called into The Blue Fox after a long and exhausting Saturday for no reason other than it was open.The staff were great, the service was great and the atmosphere out in the courtyard was relaxing and inviting.Special mention to Julie who went over and beyond for all of us and the tables around usAnd yes, the food was good too, the salt n pepper squid was perfect!

We went for dinner and drinks. Food was delicious and we service very good. Staff was very friendly.Restaurant has a nice vibe, being busy on Friday night.I will recommend it to friends and plan to go back in the future.

Gorgeous venue in Lithgow. Really well styled and offers a lovely atmosphere for any occasion.The vegetarian options were really tasty and highly recommended. The potato skins were a huge hit alongside the summer bowlAs is the organic Pinot Grigio.I would definitely be back to eat here when visiting Lithgow.

Fantastic spot for great food and drinks.Stopped in on the way home after missing lunch and food and drinks were available all afternoon. The meals were fantastic along with the drinks. I would highly recommend the desserts as well. The staff were friendly and professional.

Overall it was a fantastic dining experience.The atmosphere was amazing, there was chill music playing quietly in the background with a pretty cool interior.The staff were hard working, friendly and on the ball.To save the best for last the food was great! The ingredients were fresh and cooked rather well. If you do go there, try the sticky date pudding.5/5, I wish this restaurant was in my home town.

I am really happy that we decided to have desserts at Blue Fox restaurant. There are only few restaurants that do justice to sticky date puddings and Blue Fox will come in that list. Their warm chocolate pudding was equally great and we devoured it in minutes. Both desserts were nicely presented which made them look even more delicious.Staff at the restaurant is nice and make you feel welcome. On my next visit to Lithgow I will try their cocktails and main course.
