Thanks to Jess,Karen and team at Mulqueens in Bendigo for their compassionate ,caring help in organising a lovely memorial service for our Mum Pat

We have attended many online funerals during and since Lockdown and this was honestly the best one. It was a lovely tribute to our lovely aunt and we were sorry we couldn't be there in person, but we felt as though we were a part of it. Thank you. Clem and Llona Noble, Mt Evelyn, Victoria.

Well done to the team at Mulqueens. Rob did a fabulous job and was extremely caring and compassionate. Would highly recommend.

Our company works with a lot of funeral homes but very few are as hard-working or caring as Mulqueen Family Funerals. Jess in particular is absolutely lovely!

Incompetent, negligent and unprofessional. Showed a complete lack of care and empathy. They did not even follow our parent's funeral plan, allowing them to be buried apart at the whim of a malicious relative without any consultation with the other executor! Our parents had a single plot purchased together and a clear plan requesting their burial at that site (the plan was even prepared by Mulqueens themselves!) Avoid at all costs

It is hard to put into words how incredible the team are lead by Karyn at Macqueen Family Funerals.The passing of our dear mum so suddenly left us all in shock, a vibrant, caring and outgoing woman was suddenly no longer with us.Her sincere wishes were that her funeral should be a celebration of life, full of colour, funny stories and smiles. She wanted those of us left behind to get on with our lives and to harness her zest for life as an inspiration.On meeting Karyn and the team we new that we had struck gold as they have often say in Bendigo, always caring, always respectful and always listing to our needs and wants for mum.They guided us through each and every detail giving us space and time to reflect on what mum would have wanted. Always in close contact throughout the process and preparations, all our plans came together smoothly, no detail was left unattended or forgotten.The final day eventually arrived and with the incredible support of the Mulqueen team our family and friends celebrated Mums life and her passing with as much vigour as she had put into her 79 short years.So from us all a big THANK YOU Mulqueen and thank you Kayrn and team for all the love and support and the great care you took of our mum in her final hours before she left us forever.Kind and Warmest RegardsTerry Wilson
