So far so good, but i just need to complain. My kid bought a bag of sand magnetic, sunday the October 2022. On the rack it says $10 but at the cashier it says $19 so i asked them to double check. The cashier girl sent someone to double check and she communicated with her through walkie talkie. So today wedx 2November, i went there again and i double check my self. In fact the price is actually $10. I didn't bring enough money on sunday last time, my kid was crying because i had to cancel some of the toys she wanted to buy. What a shame, we could have got enough money if you didn't charge it $19. Now how can i get my money back??? I already threw the shopping struck to the bin. It was my daughter's birthday money. What a shame!

Absolute disappointment. If you're looking for makeup do not go to this Kmart more so go to Eaton Fair because at least at Eaton Fair their stocks are filled up to the brim and they don't have makeup that some customers have used and put back onto the shelf. The shelves weren't even filled though, empty and most products were on the bottom shelf with half of the packaging missing.

The worst customer service everrrr!!!Its been more then 2 weeks i have given them a bike to assemble, purchased from kmart aswell.And no response at allll. When i call to ask they disconnect it at once and when i visit their store to confirm about the assemble, they just say will be done in a week.It was my kids birthday which they ruined. They have the bike, the money and the assemble fee. And here i am waiting for them to respond.

Nothing wrong with the staff but the store is another matter. No stock, shelves in a mess. The makeup section had little to no stock. I won't be going there any longer.
