This business did a shower screen for me 2 yrs ago. It was poorly installed and needs rectification. Moving on I decided just to replace it at the same time as have two new bathrooms done (original ensuite and a family bathroom). I was advised the business was under a new owner. He came out to measure up the three bathrooms and advised he would forward a quote. That was two weeks ago - still nothing. In the meantime I arranged another quote, received in 14 hrs and he got the job. As a business owner myself my customers are the first I take care of and the rest just falls into place. Very disappointing!!Update. Received quote and advised the person that while I was waiting I obtained a quote from someone else. The person got back to me and was very polite and professional in his response despite my going elsewhere.

Wanted to replace several windows, quoted to replace 2 double hung windows with one giant window, which was not as requested, dimensions didn't look correct either, check your order carefully. When the order was checked on a month later we found they hadn't processed it, by then they were inundated with orders, so back to end of the queue. They have difficulty calling you back when they say they will. Poor communication made things difficult to co-ordinate multiple trades people.

Steve and team helpful and cheapest in town for glass. Highly recommend

Brought a door from them cost me $570 it warped so bad could not close ,they will not reolace it they do not honour thier work do not go there

I specifically asked for a one way mesh security door for my mother's front door. Not only did my mother have to wait for about 2 weeks but they didn't do ask I asked. And on top of that they want additional fee to change it!!! Seriously?! What kind of business are we running here? If you don't have it, then just tell the caller rather than do the hard sale.
