Sunny is an amazing healer. The techniques used are deep and profound. They open you up to look deep into yourself and help to process patterns and trauma.Sunny is an intuitive, sensitive person who is able to hold a space for you to be vulnerable and makes no judgement on you and your reactions.The Taoist embodied healing used along Qi Kung is such a powerful transformative tool (I also practiced yoga and Tai Chi which blend beautifully).I cannot recommend highly enough trying this healing modality with Sunny.

Sunny from Taoist Embodied Healing has helped me feel into uncomfortable sensations to move them on. Together we unraveled years of emotional baggage I had no idea was there. It’s given me freedom and an openness to experience life again.

Sunny has been a great healer and mentor. I have had 6 sessions with Sunny and he was able to guide me through some of my hardest and old and accumulated emotions. Through the sessions, Sunny was able to pin point some of my weakest emotions and help these emotions to ease and even helped me realize where they came from and how I can handle them. Each session I saw a more bling bling me. Now when these old emotions emerges, I can handle them well and gradually ease them and let them go. Also when I know how emotions are accumulated, I tend prevent new negative thoughts/emotions from emerging/accumulating.
