While i'm sure most of the staff are perfectly nice, there are a couple of duds who work here and this reflects badly on the business. I don't know where to begin with the consistent inventory issues i.e. - with 'scripts', with merchandise, with the understanding of basic pronunciation of product names(no communication barrier - just incompetence). Fix this! Do not rate.

Such fantastic customer service! Both my partner and have been bed ridden and Sam and the rest of the team went out of their way to help us and deliver medication to our house. We are so grateful!

I’ve had mixed experiences from here but today has topped it off. I have been getting the same prescription for years and the cost has been $69.00 every single time. Today I went in with the prescription and it had a Chemist Warehouse backing on it. The man grabbed it off the shelf straight away and then him and the woman stared at a computer screen, spoke in another language and then 5 minutes later (no one else was in the chemist at the time) the man says to me it’s $76.00 just like Chemist Warehouse. I don’t know what changed but why take so long and charge an additional $7 almost 5 years later. I will definitely be finding somewhere else who won’t charge extra because I’ve been elsewhere.

You could not find a better chemist then this one as everyone are so nice and always willing the help you with what ever you are needing. Sam is especially wonderful and is the most polite, caring person you will ever meet and nothing he isn't willing to do to help you out as you can have your medicine etc delivered straight to your door and for No extra charge. I 100% recommend this chemist to everyone.
