The Tempe store is a stand alone store not in a home shopping complex like some of the other stores which is good for targeted shopping and access. The store is well planned and very tidy with all the home appliances and electronics you’d expect.The store offers click and collect service that can be a bit iffy - which is a bit of a running theme for The Good Guys stores as it’s not the smoothest process (orders not ready for collection after notification sent that order was ready for collection, order going missing etc).Parking available onsite and open until late on weeknights.Overall, really good range of products, service can be iffy.

What a terrible experience was it to buy something from the Good Guys. That Good part really has no point being in their name. We ordered here so they could deliver it to our apartment, which is 3 stairs up. We communicated this with the driver. When he arrived, he refused to take the items to our apartment, and instead dropped them in our hallway. Now we have to find another way to get them in. During the ordering process there was no mention of this at all.Will never order here ever again.

Terrible service after purchase. Delivery team was completely incompetent and when trying to speak to manager they deliberately avoided contact. Took work off 2 days with delivery not arriving (even with confirmation online bookings and email evidence/also spoke to team online second time to confirm). Delivery team stated a number of times they would call back and never did (costs 2 days off work). Only upside was installation team was on time and great (once finally booked in). Will never go to this store again and recommend if you can find product you want elsewhere you also avoid this store.

Bought a TCL 65p8m in 7th March 2020 for $878, the tv exploded with a loud sound and some sparkle and smoke in 7th June 2023. Just out of 3 years warranty.

Large store off the highway with ample parking at the door. Great selection of electrical appliances, basically everything you can almost think of, but only a select few brands. Some great prices with a spacious and nice setup show area, however at the time hardly any staff to answer questions. Still would be one of the go to stores to compare prices on some brands.

Ordered a product over the phone to be collected the next day. Turn up to the store at opening time only to be told/see the product I’d ordered be put into another car. “Sorry, we have oversold the product, we’ll have to ship it to you from a regional store”.Hayley in the warehouse was rude, and barely helpful. Worst experience I’ve ever had with the good guys. I’ll be fascinated to see if the product ever arrives.

I bought item online through Good Guys website l paid using paypal. I bought it interstate as my son had moved there. I gave him the emails, order invoice also my written permission with my license. Refused to give him the item didnt even contact me l used his mobile number on order the the assistant was rude and not helpful. I rang head office who were going to help me but my order had been cancelled my Tempe Good guys l will not buy any other items from ANY Good Guys you have lost a customer absolutely poor service

Newly-found place to buy inexpensive and nice stuff.Three weeks ago we bought a washing machine and today got an air fryer.The nicest thing about this place is the sales attendant whose customer service is superb and his name is Chris.Keep it up Chris,you are amazing!

Really wasn't impressed with the service. Encountered a rude lady, who just didn't want to serve us. We were looking for a 4K monitor and a 4K TV. We gave up and went to good guys in Alexandria and it was great there.We didn't have to wait 10 minutes at Alexandria for service from a person who didn't know what they were doing
