Staff are professional and they always helped me with my queries about my services. Unlike other Telstra stores or providers they were very realistic with the wait times with the latest iPhones. They also helped me set up phone lines and systems. I would definitely use them again in future business endeavours.

If only I didn't have to give them a star.This is the worst company ever to deal with they cost me thousands of $ due to the incompetence. I had 15 months of hell trying to sort out their mistakes with my Telstra account. Would never recommend such a poor unprofessional company to anyone. Consumers be ware.!!!!!!When they realise they have made mistakes they just stop replying to you. ( on leave auto reply emails ). Had to go to TLC complaints to have matter resolved. Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Do not trust them.

We use the Melbourne office of the ICT Group and have been very impressed with their service and problem solving abilities. I highly recommend the ICT team.

Apparently calling as partner of Telstra. Also calling from a mobile phone. If Telstra needed to speak to us for out Telstra lines they would.. and they have. I find these kinds of calls scream scam. Wouldn't touch this company with a ten foot phone.

I have always found Noel to be professional and very knowledgeable about industry trends. He has assisted us greatly with sorting out our phones and developing our APP.

Very poor service. Like the other reviews, I also experienced problems with ICT Group where I purchased more than $9000 worth of equipment only to be told that they cannot install the equipment due to Telstra not providing the required service in my area (I note ICT is an accredited business partner of Telstra). When I requested a refund, ICT agreed at first that Telstra would provide a credit but when I came back to them stating I requested a refund not a credit, they said Telstra will no longer provide a refund. ICT also refused to provide a refund.Potential customers of telecommunications equipment, make sure you do your research before committing to a particular company. I would not recommend using ICT Group, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The team at ICT Group has always been amazing in assisting our business with all of our IT and Telecommunication needs. We had an issue with our billing during COVID-19, that we could not resolve with Telstra and the team at ICT Group went above and beyond to help us. If you are after a hands on, professional organisation to assist you and your business, then look no further than ICT Group!
