Shanni in particular is professional, prompt, consistent and a pleasure to deal with.Although there were some issues with my appointment and they had to reschedule, I was kept up to date directly by text the entire time. The communication was professional and friendly and unlike so many businesses these days I did not have to chase them up or follow up anything that was promised as Shanni kept me up to date herself.The gentleman who came to do the maintenance was prompt, professional and quick. Very happy with their service.

Melbourne Home Maintenance built us a spare toilet from scratch. Ohad is very smart and clearly cares about the quality of his work. All other trades used were of the same high standard.

Have had a large deck installed and numerous doors, and knobs replaced.Also used them for fixing hinges, patching walls and other general inside maintenance jobs.Always prompt, and reliable, and the work is always top quality and flawless.Highly recomended

Also, Shanni was so helpful in booking the service and getting the quote for us. She was very communicative and got back to us quickly, which was so helpful. We would definitely recommend them and will certainly be using them in the future for any handyman needs.

I was replacing a door at the end of my rental lease (we had originally changed it with permission to add a dog door ). I'm not very handy and didn't have anyone who could help me, and was nervous as it was a rental. Reef did a great job on rehanging my door. He was kind and pleasant to talk to, didn't mind all my random questions and hovering, and did a great job! He showed up masked and was respectful of my space. Definitely would recommend to anyone.I'd also like to give a huge shout out to Shanni at admin who answered my call and helped with several complications with getting the job done. She was so patient, empathetic and kind. She was accomodating and offered several creative solutions - it was a pleasure talking to her on the phone.

We were so impressed with the professionalism of the booking and the services provided at our home. We had many repairs booked in, such as: fixing our security door and entrance door, hanging shelves and mounting a vacuum cleaner to a bracket on wall. All jobs were completed perfectly and with such attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction. Reef was polite, courteous, punctual and highly skilled. We will be using their services again! The location is at 1st level and not easy to reach.Contacted a handful of builders and house repair companies, all of them cannot help. I almost gave up until I found here.Once they gathered basic situation and photos, they quickly fitted this piece of work into already packed calendar.1st time down for an inspection, 2nd time job done.Plus the team went beyond to render the entire surface area on the facade than just the crack itself to ensure a consistent finish.I am more than satisfied about the quality of work done in a timely fashion.
