My laptop screen stopped working and I thought it was likely a minor electronic problem, as the screen was intact and showed no visible damage. Even though I had booked an appointment a few days earlier, after waiting around all day the technician said they were unable to complete the diagnostics as they were “too busy”. He said it could be the ribbon but the laptop worked with an external monitor, which I already knew. Effectively it was a waste of my time and money as they did nothing to address the problem. Later I found that the screen was completely cracked. When I phoned, the technician said that happened when he closed up the laptop. I asked to speak to the manager. He was extremely rude and disrespectful, and accepted no liability. Frankly in all my many years of dealing with contractors and suppliers I have never experienced such appalling customer service. Definitely a no from me.

Created my own problem and this company was recommended to me. Jayden solved all my issues despite me not explaining myself well. Fantastic effort over the counter, job done. Fabulous !

I bought a SSD off them for over night delivery, it was delayed for some reason so I ask for a refund, thay gave it and the staff where absolutely lovely and very understanding.
