Booked in my very disabled and non verbal son as I was informed that the provisional psychologist has had a little experience with this. First session, my her and we spoke about some of the concerns I had for my son. Came in the next week and was it was insinuated by the psychologist that I abuse my family and then asked me if I do, multiple times in multiple ways. Not to mention that she also admitted to talking to the receptionist about my son and his session, which I believe is a massive breach of the confidentiality rules. Spent majority of the session being asked if I assault my son or partner, I offered for her to check my son over and to call and speak to my partner, both offers were declined and again I was accused of being an abusive and aggressive person. I was actually speechless. I have reached out to the owner, but as of yet I have not received an email or phone call.Very poor form and very disappointing that I have been treated like this for reasons I do not know.

Reception, booking and Psychologist have all been so caring and helpful. I greatly appreciate everything they do.The parking is confusing, however this is not this small businesses fault... they are just one business in a large facility. I would plan on arriving earlier to find where you're supposed to go if it's your first appointment. Once you know where to go it's not an issue finding a spot etc.

I called today to make an appointment for my family with Dr Inkpen. Rather than just accept us as clients he took the time to explain all the options available to our situation and he genuinely showed concern along with professionalism. We will be making an appointment and the advice he provided was invaluable. Thank you.
