Absolutely love my hour doing walking in pool. So therapeutic & relaxing. Pools are always well maintained & surrounds clean as a whistle. Very helpful & courteous front reception staff. All good

This centre has incredibly limited space. There is always about half the pools cornered off for swimming lessons which at best leave ONE lane in the heated pool for people to walk or swim. The attempt at an outdoor play area is dismal. I am aware it is some renovations but I feel they have been needed for the last 20 years, since the place was even built. Please do better with this new design.

Great for kids swimming lessons, but pool is getting a bit grotty and needs and deep clean.I love the swim programs available to us doing laps.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Great and well maintained facilities. Some changing/shower rooms have recently been upgraded as well as a new outdoor calisthenics(?) area. Gym is crowded during peak times around 4-5pm. Gym is equipped with plenty of various equipment, however it is becoming more common that I have to switch up my workout program due to some machines being occupied by others. Still 5 stars overall.

A gym membership includes the use of the swimming pools. However, there is NEVER any free space in either pools, it’s always being used for swimming lessons. Not very fair considering you pay to be able to use these amenities. every time I have attempted to use the pools, I have someone telling me to leave due to swimming lessons. I would not recommend joining. Not worth it

When you charge entrance fees for clients, let them know if the pool nearer outdoor slide is going to be blocked half for Flippa training instructors and other kids pool blocked partly for Flippa training instructors on school holidays. Then your paying customers can decide if they want to enter and swim. Chlorine is very strong in the water, other parents have indicated this also. Smell of strong chlorine on body even after shower, your eyes will feel it also.

The staff member Anna, usually at front desk is absolutely amazing! Always has a smile on her face and makes everyone feel welcome. Such a lovely lady!
