Very thorough service!

My partner and I had our wills donecat this firm recently which was fine. I had a couple of documents the required my signature to be witnessed, so after recently spending $900.00 having our wills done l thought I'd just pop in and have them witnessed. A JP was not required just any person. The receptionists was rude and dismissive, the lawyer was there and just allowed her to speak to me like l was a random blow in that was asking way too much, apparently they may not have been prepared to help me! It's been a very long time since I've beenspoken to in this manner by such a rude unfriendly person!! With the solicitor standing within a metre of me.I had recommended my sister use them for her will and power of attorney, so they've done themselves out of at least $1000.00. Very poor in such a small friendly town.
