Steve and Lara were first class when we purchased our home in Northam. Nothing was too much trouble, from inspections to getting the contract across the line.They know the area well, and are not pushy, knowing that houses sell themselves. But, they are also honest about what is reality, particularly with older homes. They do tend to get incredible listings, so they are my first port of call (we are looking for a second home). You are truly in good hands, agents you can trust.

Have been with First National Northam for many years both in purchasing a property and management of my rental. Original sale was smooth and the real estate agent was diligent in taking time to conduct research on specific enquiries I had. Management of property since has been conducted well, in particular with the company's ability to access reliable contractors who complete work at reasonable prices and don't 'rip off' the client knowing they are out of town. The company have also got decent tenants and have shown an ability to professionally but also tactfully liaise with tenants when needed. Special mention of Courtney Hughes please whose professionalism, dedication to her role, understanding of our clientele and care is noted.

They didn't show up for an inspection that THEY organised and as i chose to give up a overtime shift to exercise my right to be there i lost money for no reason. Back fence has been damaged for a long time and is always swinging back and forth from any amount of wind. The let the owner constantly state he would fix it but never did and was dangerous and could cause serious harm if broken off. Owner showed up to the house multiple times with out notice or warning for no valid reason and never to fix or even look at the broken fence. Real estate agents did very little and want to charge you at the end on the lease for the smallest things when they have not satisfied their side of the agreement.They don't care about your safety in their rentals so be careful!
