Finding this shop was such a great experience as both Giles & Ben gave me extremely good advice, were very friendly, professional and so helpful with all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Coming out to my home to discuss the best options with using engineered timber and providing me with all the information I needed to make the right choice for my home. The end result is so beautiful and I was extremely happy with Stefan and his team who laid the floor with considerable care, and did a brilliant job. Couldn’t be happier with the look of the light Oak engineered timber floor. Would highly recommend these guys. Thank you again for such great advice. Love, love, love my new floors.

The customer service from Giles and the team at Carpet World Camberwell has been exceptional. They came to our home to provide me a with a quote, show samples and take measurements for timber flooring. I also went in to the showroom in Camberwell which is brand new, very trendy and there was a great range of samples on display. Giles has been very patient (as we have had some delays due to other tradesmen), knowledgeable and well priced. Exceptional customer service and overall experience! These guys know their stuff, from selecting the carpet to facilitating the installation this was a pleasurable process. They also went above and beyond to install in a short time frame and their installation guys were excellent and worked around a whole lot of construction mess in our house to get the job done. Also really nice team. My go to carpet place in the future or for friends and family asking for a recommendation.
