The entire team at Premier Gates offer outstanding service and quality. We were happy that Richard could install our new gate at the busiest time of the year. When I called them again to add some accessories to the gate. Jade and Victor ensured this was completed perfectly the following day. All communication with them is friendly, kind and hassle free.

Recently had Richard and the crew at Premier Gates supply and install automated dual swing gates and 2 infill panels. While the quality of the build of the gates and panels is flawless, the same can’t be said about the install job. I had to bring a few installation issues to Richards attention to which he fixed to a degree. I would have no problem using them again to manufacture anything I need but I would certainly be doin the installation job myself.

Richard was very prompt with the quote and installed our pool cover on schedule. We recommend Premier Gates for their workmanship quality and on time delivery.

Richard and his team did a really great job on our solar powered driveway gate and walkway gate. Everything top notch quality and installed with great precision. His quote was less than other quoted prices, but that didn't mean that the quality or inclusions were less at all. We actually received more going with his company. Higher battery storage specs and bigger wattage panel on the solar, two remotes, wireless keypad included, heavy duty motor, solar panel hidden behind eye level from the fence (on it's own colour matched post) and a separate guide post for the driveway gate so it could be as close as possible to the fence with no gaps. The driveway is not level, and the fence posts either side of the gate are not exactly level either, so the area was measured with lasers, and the gate was then raked at the base, and it turned out perfect. All spot on. Powdercoating and Surfmist satin colour is great too. Well done. It is great having a big automatic gate at the front of the house which gives us so much privacy, and is eco friendly. Highly recommended. 5/5.

Richard and the guys did an amazing job on my side access gate. I wanted a new fresh looking gate as the existing one was basic colourbond fencing and the gate had a heap of sag and just wasn’t practical anymore. Premier gates custom built my new 2 metre sliding panel with wheels on a heavy duty track finished off with fixed panels to tie it all in nicely. The gate is now slatted aluminium with 3mm gaps vertically fixed off for a unique modern touch. Guys were fast efficient and 100 percent highly recommended. Cheers boys!

We recently engaged Premier Gates to assist with your new fence. We had gates and panels made and I self installed. The service we received was outstanding. Installation was made easier with the guidance and advice from Richard. The product is stunning. We are very happy with how our fence turned out thanks to Premier Gates!

Very happy with our new gates and fences from Premier Gates. Richard and the team delivered the job in 2 weeks as promised , and Victor was polite , tidy and very professional, even wiping down the fences once the job was completed and bringing our bins back in to the property.
