Retro's Surfers Paradise
What an amazing night!!! Thank you so much to the team at Retros for making my birthday celebrations so special. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the polite and professional security staff. The gentleman on the door was very welcoming and friendly and all the staff down stairs were all very welcoming and always happy and laughing. It was great to see. The music was great (please don’t change the genre) I have never felt so comfortable and welcome in a club, so thank you to all the beautiful friendly staff at Retros. Keep up the amazing work guys we’ll definitely be back :)

The floor was extremely sticky, and the whole club smelled like puke, glasses fallen all over the floor too.The bartenders were extremely odd and rude, encountered them throwing ice cubes on people to get their attention. Quite disappointed!

This place was honestly amazing!We booked a private booth for a hens. We had our own bartender, a booth right behind the DJ, plenty of room (we had 16 girls)! Honestly could not fault a thing. Thankyou so much for the best night Retros!

Music was boring and there was no atmosphere as there were only 15 people there. I recommend another club like lost kingdom or cocktails.

Came this evening for a friends birthday, paid $600 for a vip booth, drinks were watered down, privacy was non existent and the staff were extremely rude to those of us who wished to partake in smoking.We definitely will not return to this venue.

Beware. Bouncer & lady at the front of house tried to charge us $5 per person despite us hearing from numerous sources that there was no cover charge. Plus we saw people walk in without paying. Wouldn’t recommend. Sneaky untrustworthy bouncers.

Music was fun, signed up for the guest list so got in for free luckily. Unfortunately the overwhelming smell of stale vomit had us rushing out the door after one quick drink

This place is absolutely amazing I recommended it to my friends and they love it. This is club is one of the main ones I go to. If you like 00s music and older then this is the club. the girls are nice too.

The bartenders were extremely rude to say the least. We watched one of the bartenders sling ice cubes at a customer. The floor was entirely soaked and the place reeked of puke. Very disappointing experience.
