I didn’t have a negative experience when I visited today. The lady was welcoming and friendly. Nothing fancy and out of this world, just your usual flavors but I did pick up tropical mango and passionfruit which I’ve never seen before and it was amazing.

Definitely indulgent and wonderful cookies! Got some in a gift pack I won at a draw. Definitely going to buy these when I see it. Great with your breakfast coffee! Notice the package of Milk Choc Chunk Cookie Bites is already an empty package :)

There is a good variety of cookies but service was not great. The lady attending to us today was not very friendly, not very approachable, and sighed very obviously and gave a very annoyed face when I was asking my husband whether we wanted to change/add something to our purchase while he was at the counter. Whilst not ideal for me to be changing our purchase at the counter, it was not like he had paid for it yet, and it was not going to inconvenience her greatly. There was no one else in the shop so it was not like we were affecting her serving other customers and it would have given her a higher sale as I was looking to swap and get something more expensive. But her reaction and attitude immediately made me change my mind to change my purchase and we just left the order as per the original. Definitely has put us off coming back again or suggesting this place to other friends in future.

Just a bunch of cookies in different packaging. Good if you want to get a box set of gifts. Everything you need to know is in the name. Yes, we're in byron bay, yes they are cookies. It closes at 530, not 6pm as Google maps shows.

Very beautiful little boutique shop. Not a massive selection of cookies to chose from but a nice collection of Byron Bay Cookie Company’s best flavours round up in one place. Convenient location with parking and friendly staff - was lucky to snag a 20% online discount with my purchase. Definitely worth a visit on the way out of town to stock up on some Byron Bay souvenirs.

Helpful sales lady pointed me towards which cookies were gluten free and which ones weren’t. I bought two beautiful gift packs. Good value !
