My wife and I doing the TM over a year now, we feel it,s an easy to practice technique and has on us a transforming effect, with much clearer thinking and reduced stress. We are more happy and content and have a positive state of mind. We thank Suzanne for taking us into her group and we haven't missed any of her monthly TM meeting yet.

After suffering depression for 18 months with no improvement from medical intervention i contacted Suzanne and decided to give TM ago.With Suzanne's guidance in 1 week my outlook has chanced and i am feeling more at peace within myself.I would recommend TM to anyone who is struggling with any health issues
