Friendly prompt service at a reasonable cost

Always charging different prices, very rude management, and not professional. Not recommend at all.

Important service. Would use more often if less expensive for local outings.

When we walked out of the hotel, the driver put our luggage into the car without saying anything. That made us misunderstand of hotel service. Then he drove us to their counter and charged us unreasonable price. That’s robbery! It only takes 5 mins walk. We are not the first one, but hope we are the last one. I have already complaints to fair trading.It is totally illegal.

Yes they are an important service. However they have a monopoly, there is no competition so they can treat customers terribly and charge whatever they like…And they do. Have been using the service for 5 years and never been charged the same amount twice (despite exactly the same people and gear). For example, it will be $70 and just two weeks later it will be $100 for exactly the same service. It wouldn’t be so bad, but the staff are rude and unfriendly; the guy with coloured hair is too busy playing with his phone to be motivated to serve, and despite spending $thousands, and always being polite (not kicking up a stink about being charged 40% extra for the same service for example), they treat you like dirt. We did have one very nice driver - but he doesn’t suit the culture, so don’t think he will last there long.

These guys have a tough job and do it well. Thanks to the rad dude, Mitch, for being a great driver, hope to see you again soon!
