Thoroughly recommend Alicia Pilates! Fantastic teachers, semi private environment. I have never felt so good! This has been the best thing ever for my back, after having suffered issues for years this has fixed me!! Having such one on one instructors has made a huge difference.

Be warned. Alicia can not be trusted.Also be wary of all 5 star recommendations as she offered a free pilates session for anyone who left her one.

I have a new body thanks to Alicia Pilates!I no longer deal with soreness and pain from sitting with my office job and wake up with so much more pep in my step. My balance, core strength and body composition has improved immensely since working with Alicia Pilates and all her amazing coaches starting in early 2021.I love that I can choose the coach that works best for me, as well as options if I am wanting a small group or private atmosphere. Its a stylish, intimate studio that still gives you personalisation for what your body and mind are feeling and needing. I am so thankful for AP and get so excited for my sessions each week!Pay this little gem of a pilates studio a visit, you won't regret it!

I have attended a reformer group Pilates 4 months after having my baby.The instructor was very knowledgeable and modifications for tough exercises were always available.I definitely recommend Alicia Pilates !
