Louis Vuitton Perth

Been a customer of LV for years and i never felt this disappointed in their customer service. Went in to exchange a $3000+ bag due to design fault where the bag looks even worse than a fake LV bag. Was told that their repair team, team manager all agreed that there isn't any design fault. They even said that they sold the bags to a few customers and none have complain about this flaw. The flaw is so obvious as seen in the photos. Pretty sure they're lying to us, when we insisted in being right about the design fault, they grabbed their security and escort us out of the store.

Honestly, after poor experiences at Chanel with snobby sales people, i was hesitant to go into LV to get the 40th bday present that hubs wanted me to have. But from the first interaction, the staff at LV couldn't have gone more out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. The experience of customising my first LV was awesome fun and the finished product was EXACTLY as it looked on the screen.. I am SO ecstatic with how it turned out. Natalie and MJ were so much fun and so helpful, they made the experience what it was and I'd recommend them to anyone looking at LV. Not to mention that the store was absolutely immaculate and just beautiful! And thanks Natalie, didn't see the gorgeous little aftershave sample in with my perfume until later - you rock!

Happy with the service this time. I went here a couple of years a go and the service was awful. So glad that they have improved the service so it didn't make us feel intimidated. My sales assistant's name was Stella. She had trainee badge but her service was excellent. Very informative, patience , friendly, from the way I walked in until checkout. Will definitely come back and see her.

Tax Invoice Receipt L24449673/115008Purchased N63544 EMILIE WALLET from Perth store and the red button at the front start peeled off less than 4 weeks. I didn’t abuse the wallet. I took a good care of it. Took it out only few times when I’m going out to certain places. Took it back to the store and asked them to replace the button. they said they can’t do anything about it. I had to convince them about half an hour until they decided to replace it. They products are highest grade leather, hand picked and hand made. So how can this button have thin layer and peel off when you use it for couple of weeks? I’m not expecting something like this from a $725.00 wallet. The second one also peeled off now. Recently one of my friends asked me “is it a fake Louis Vuitton” I was so embarrassed. I had to show her my receipt because I couldn’t bear the embarrassment. That’s why I thought, I should leave a review so other customers can avoid this product. Louis Vuitton is one of the leading designer brand and if this is their quality, I’m not going there anymore.

Excellent customer service by Cindy. She took the effort to explain about the bags, suggested various types of style that I may like and most importantly she made me feel comfortable. Eventually bought a Diane bag!

Located right in the Perth CBD near Perth Underground.Can be very busy especially on the weekend so can easily be expected to be waited in line. But staff are pretty nice and friendly.

It is one of the best luxury stores in the city. The level of customer service is 10/10 for sure. The working staff are always polite and very friendly. Pleasant to do shopping over there.

Visited the store with the intention of buying leather goods. No one helped us, maybe it was the fact we had a Target bag (went toy shopping earlier) or the way we looked. Others walked in after us and were served. Few months later, visited the Melbourne Crown LV store and bought what we needed and got invited to try on clothing in the VIP room, adding our collection due to the helpful nature of the staff there.Train your staff to treat customers equally Perth LV.

I ordered a pair glasses the worker at the store lied about it being delivered to ny house, instead i had to go to the store to pick it up, 0 points to customer service. Tall Asain Lady Worker at the main entrance was rude . Will never visit the perth store. Staff at this place is negligent.
