Poor workmanship.Poor workmanship, changing reasons for installation errors, no care for installation positioning. (duct over down-lights eventually pushed down-lights from ceiling), no communication from management re problems. Creative stories given to 'keep customer happy'. Demanding calls for payment within 5 minutes of installation completion. Salesman doesn't seem to know what is available. As this appears to be consistent over the 2 installations I have had, I wont be using any of this companies services in the future. Pity I was looking for someone reliable to service my numerous properties.

We had broken air con units so Cool air conditioning sent out an engineer and we paid a high call out fee (no work was done at the call out, just inspection) and then they failed to actually send us a quote to replace the units, despite repeated chasing. I appreciate that summer is a busy time, but this was now 5 weeks ago. I wouldn't recommend.

The installers for Cool Air were very professional and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were very impressed with the way they went about our installation. they kept their work area clean and tidy. I sourced several quotes before deciding on Cool air , they were competitive in their pricing and follow up. Based on their level of customer service from the office staff and installers I would use them again.

2 weeks from Christmas and a Delivery truck ran into our outside Air Conditioning Unit, after ringing around and no one would see us until January. Cool Air Conditioning fitted us in, and installed a new Air Conditioner (working after hours) so that we were able to maintain our consistent temperature for our Sweets. Joel and Matt were very professional and polite. We thank you so much for helping us during your very busy time. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Great experience. Our Daikin air conditioner stopped working right before Easter. The office staff were very helpful and we had a technician out the same day to have a look. He was polite and diagnosed the problem quickly. He then explained to us what was wrong and provided a quote there and then to repair it.

I had an AC replaced yesterday and cannot fault the two installers, Stewart and Brock. They were punctual, communicated well and completed job was excellent. Office staff were very good as well. Good job. Will recommend

Cool Air Conditioning we’re recommended to us by a neighbour in April. Fabulous service from reception to finish. The two young engineers Jasper & Haiden who came out, fixed the problem and were most pleasant tradesmen I had the pleasure of dealing with. Happy, hard at work, nothing was a problem. They went above and beyond their duties like old fashioned service. CAC have us as customers for life now. Thank you so very much to all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
