Served by a lovely girl call Hayley, who went all out to fix up an error by another staff member earlier in the week. She was delightful and a credit to the store.

Went there yesterday and the girl was very rude and it was an effort for her to serve me . I have been shopping here for a few years and her customer service was terrible . I went to Eastland today and the girl was the complete opposite.

Terrible. Staff had a problem with a frozen computer. So I had to come back after finishing my shopping. Not a problem as I know these things happen. When I returned the staff member had finished work and was talking with the person on the next shift. Both staff continued their conversation even after I advised I was here to pick up the bag. When I asked if I could pay for the bag a second time the women on shift continued to talk and fill out paperwork. She did not acknowledge me, appologise for finishing her paperwork or help process the payment when the card was not recognised by the eftpos machine. I had to ask her where the card should be placed to process the payment. I would not be so upset about the poor service if it was a junior staff member, but the person that was so rude was an older person that seemed to be quite spiteful because I interrupted her personal conversation to do her job which was to serve customers. As a person that has worked in customer service for many years and still do I am appalled at such poor service when retail is desperate for customers. I will deffinately reconsider buying thing in this store again. Get your act together Colette! Customer Service matters if I don't buy you don't have a job.

My daughter and I visited the Colettes at Knox today we were rather impressed of the excellent customer service of Nicole . She had a welcoming smile and was very passionate of her what she did. She was the only staff member in the store regardless she showed genuine care to each and everyone who walked in . Hope you reach greater heights in your career Nicole.

Wonderful customer service.....prompt action taken. Eleni was amazing....so warm and friendly. Exchange was done in minutes. Highly recommend.

Store was empty bar 2 staff. No one bothered to greet me or offer help. Even worse I'm heavily pregnant. Where is the customer service!? They lost my sale today for a nappy bag because of this!
