Excellent service at this pharmacy. Very well organised. Spacious and tidy. Easy parking. Covid guidelines adhered to with markers on ground for distancing. Great prices.

Good service helpful chemists. The cashier signed me up as a member and got $5 cash back to use in store and all I brought was a script and some moisturiser for my child. Great and thanks guys.

Ordered script. Advised delivery required. They were meant to ring us when done. No phone call. A week later no pharmaceuticals. When we phoned & advised not received, staff were argumentative. Turned out they sent to wrong address (not the one we had provided). Organised for a replacement script filled for pickup. Picked it up - no copy of repeats script supplied. Had to go back. Advised they forgot". Could have forgiven the whole thing but staff being argumentative was just a bit much. Won't be back."

Manager or someone with larger authority female, Mercedes I think her name was. was incredibly rude to employees and blunt and so obviously inconvenienced by her customers, no consideration or passion in assisting customers. Darted around the ship like she was too busy to notice anyone else in the room. Strong and loud manner when I heard her speaking with a colleague, not recommended. I feel so bad for the workers. Phone manner disgusting by merceds too

Fantastic service and great staff. They take the time to answer any questions you may have and are really helpful with organising your prescriptions. I have webster packs with them and my meds are constantly changing, the pharmacists are very helpful and go up and beyond to ensure my packs are updated as well as delivered to my house as I can't drive. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I get my scripts through escript, once the chemist dispenses it, they need to send the repeat back to a phone which this chemist didn’t do. I went there for Christmas while visiting my mum interstate when I came back home to get script I wasn’t able to fill it. The chemist here wasn’t able to find it as it was still stuck in there system and my doctor couldn’t resend it for the same reason and said I needed another appointment to get it $$$$. I had to go back through my bank statement to remember where I got the script from to call and get them to send it. When I spoke the the pharmacy intern today they were rude and didn’t seem to care when I mentioned the problem as if it was an easy solve. It was inconvenient for me and might have meant I needed to spend extra money to see my doctor. If I had paid cash I would have been stuffed without my script for a few days and out of pocket. Overall poor service.

Not very competent in terms of phone advice - when they can't tell the difference between semiglutide and dulaglutide ...and you travel all the way there to pick it up , and it's the wrong one.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff always willing to go one step further to help their customers. Excellent prices, especially on cosmetics and fragrances. Opening times are suitable and convenient. My only issue is that I'd love them to have a website with their products and prices listed and offer online ordering/click and collect/delivery etc. In 2020 this is a service that is almost non-negotiable. Hopefully this will be a service added soon.

Very friendly family Pharmacy who have assisted me over the past 10 years with prescriptions, advice and follow up care. Can strongly recommend Luke and his entire crew.

Great service, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you understand your overall medication and wellness.This pharmacy also has a Phone APP called MedAdvisor which enables the person to keep track and efficiently organize their medication in a user friendly way.Off street parking available at the front and rear of shopping complex.
