I will never go here again. Got quoted my return and was far more then what they actually refunded me. I signed the form with the total they were saying i would get and i did not get that much back. I got told i couldn't claim this and that when others in same role as me had claimed those things without a issue. Save your time and money and go else where.

I’ve never seen an accounting firm don’t know what the customer can claim which is so unprofessional. My friend paid $155 to this accounting firm for tax return, and she is eligible for Medicare levy exemption which is almost $800 tax refund as she is an oversea student(she meets all the requirements listed on ATO website, everyone can find it). All the staff from this accounting firm don’t know this and I had to explain to their staff. The hilarious part is the staff asked my friend go to Medicare department asking for more details. Guys don’t waste your money on here.

I highly recommend H&R Block Norwood (special mention to our tax agent, Madhan). Madhan was very helpful in explaining the process to me and my wife, and he made sure we claim all possible deductions. He also provided us copies of all documents related to our rental properties, business and tax lodgements (without us asking). Well done!
