Jaram

We have had a Jaram roof rack on our 200 Series Landcruiser for the past seven years. Modifications were made to the roof rack so that it could take a boat on top. The rack is sturdy, with tie-down points being exceptionally good. Would recommend this rack to anyone who wants a decent off-road roof rack. Friendly staff and excellent service.

Excellent roof racks. The sales rep was very helpful in helping me select the right set of racks for my purpose. Only issue was I was told 1.5 hours for install which ended up taking 3 hours. Reception was great though and got me coffee and kept following up why the install was taking so long.

I purchased an aluminium Tracklander flat rack from an authorised reseller that was based interstate. When I received the rack it had a couple of minor paint defects that I touched up before I mounted it onto the custom canopy of my new D-Max.After a few months and some use I noticed the paint was easily coming away from the rack in one corner so I called into the Jaram headquarters in Welshpool. The friendly and professional service I received from the moment I walked into the Jaram reception area was second to none.After an inspection by Greg it was agreed there was a defect with the paint and for me to return the D-Max the following week to have the rack replaced with a new rack. The email communication I had with Barry and Dan after the initial visit was prompt, friendly and very obliging. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble!The new rack was fitted yesterday by an installer who must care about their work as they had done an excellent job. I cannot fault the service I received from all the people I interacted with at Jaram and I highly recommend them.

Customer service was spot on when I had a vibration on my new rack. Got it sorted before my long drive as promised. Thanks guys

Jaram were fantastic from beginning to start! Great communication skills and and fit out of anti vapour wall to my new van. Can't recommend them enough.

Have used Jaram on a few occasions and they have been exceptional each time. First time I ordered a custom roof rack with some alterations and it was delivered as requested. Now living on the other side of the country I ordered a fitting kit for a 200 series and it was delivered quickly and packaged very well. Again very good product and great service. Great work guys.

Im happy with their service they provided me with. I got a tracklander roof rack cage and Dimas the sales consultant took care of me and gave me a great price and they also offered me a loan car for the day. I would buy products with them again. Thank you JARAM

had an issue with a 6+ year old roof rack, the paint was peeling off. the Director of Jaram contacted me himself and sorted everything out free of charge.he painted new parts in the old colour specifically for me. absolutely amazing customer service. great roof racks too. i get little to no wind noise with the rack on.

I went in store to get a replacement part for my maxi rack I purchased years ago. Barry assisted all of my questions I had about several other products they had in their showroomHe was very knowledgeable about the products and was happy to find out about those he was unsure of.I was able to buy the parts I needed that day without any delay.I would highly recommend Jarram for any design and installation of your roof rack, 4x4 equipment and design of your roof rack

I don’t usually do reviews but thought it right to give a big thumbs up to Jaram for their products and service. I bought a large Dream Rider rack for my VW Crafter van. I dealt with Dimas as sales consultant who was able to give expert advice and was very responsive. Jaram don’t have an agent near me in Canberra, so Dimas arranged freight with the rack broken down to minimise the costs. It arrived very quickly and was easily assembled. The rack is quality and super strong. Legs to fit to a track mount are powder coated and all hardware is 316 stainless steel. Well done Jaram.
