I had Patrick as our managing agents for a little over a year for a leased commercial property. He did quite alot to resolve issues that were neglected with the previous agency and overall worked (I feel) in the best interest of all parties involved.I found him logical to deal with and overall quiet relatable, Patrick and the team were transparent (in my dealing) and I wouldn't hesitate to lease another property of him.
