Don't be fooled some items are more expensive than regular supermarkets. The shelves are dirty and I have no idea how they can getaway with selling food at this place. The items on the shelves are covered in black soot/dirt.

This is a great store for bulk buys, whereas the supermarket section is often more expensive that an IGA. We come here for bulk bread flour, which is just so much cheaper than the supermarket and comes in 12.5 or 25kg bags.

Friendly checkout staff, but the place is like a bloody icebox! Feel sorry for the staff at the checkouts. They seem to be cold, always. The shelves are extremely dirty from all the dust. Often forklift traffic is a hazard....some forklift drivers are just careless. I know it's a warehouse, but it could be improved. Clean it, add a little climate control and up the safety.

Quite disorganised with a messy layout. Didn't like the way aisles were blocked off when shelves were being re stocked. I couldn't be bothered to back track to visit the blocked off aisles when re stocked. Pricing is hit & miss & it pays to be aware of regular supermarket prices as some prices were the same & often dearer. Not as cost effective as I thought it would be. There was no cigarette pricing displayed for customers despite being told there was a price board.
