Jump Swim Schools Lilydale

Really disappointed in this newly renovated centre.We had 8 kids in our class after the website promoted small class sizes. It was chaos with 2 classes running at a time with large numbers in both. All the babies were crying and distracting one another constantly. All they care about is numbers and getting more people into classes.Each week they don't know who we are and we have to check our name off, no personalisation at all or desire to get to know their clients.The change rooms - GOSH what do I say? UNISEX.. uncomfortable for parents and kids, no safe space to change freely, trashed and dirty.. hair everywhere.Do not waste the $22 a week on here. There are many other centres around for much better service.

We had my daughter's 6th birthday at Jump Swim Lilydale on the weekend. The staff were very professional, looking after 17 kids all the time and making sure they were having fun. Sonam , the manager went above and beyond to make our party how we wanted. All the kids had a blast and the birthday girl felt very special. A big thank you to Sonam and her team.

I am so glad I switched swim schools with my daughter when Jump Lilydale opened. My 5 year old has progressed so much in the last few months with such skilled, patient and caring instructors and she gets so excited for her weekly lesson now.

Very well maintained state of the art swimming centre, nice and clean environment, good for kids.

I would recommend this swim school for kids who need more 1:1 help, would flourish in a quieter environment or are easily distracted as the centre runs 1 class of only a few students at a time all the times I have gone. My covid baby doesn’t cope well with crowds or strangers and she has learnt confidence and safety from the caring staff. The classes she has been in have only had 2 or 3 in the class and only her class in the pool. So it’s suited her well.

My daughter loves coming here and has made huge improvements in her swimming abilities since starting. Extremely friendly and caring instructors.

We couldn’t be happier with this swim school! All of the teachers we have had have been so wonderful and engaging with the kids. My daughter absolutely loves swimming and it’s the highlight of her week. Her confidence in the pool at 3 years old is amazing and an absolute credit to her beautiful teacher who she loves. Change rooms are always clean and we are always greeted with a big smile from the lovely Tess when we walk in each week. Also having attended a few other swim schools I must say that Jump has the best make up class policy and it’s so easy to notify absence and book in makeups via their web portal. Definitely recommend this swim school, they are wonderful!

Love it, great heated pool, perfect water temperature, not cold like other heated pools around the area.

We have enjoyed the classes at Jump Lilydale. Great facility and great customer support. Highly recommended.
