Russel James Carpets is our first choice when supplying and installing Carpet and and Timber floors. Pete and his team are professional and diligent with their quotes and installation. We have recently renovated and couldn't be happier with the end result.

Nice range of carpet at various competitive prices, helpful staff, carpet was laid very well in the house.

Beware of this company the quality of the work in unacceptable and they are not willing to fix the mistakes that they have made. If you are looking at investing or shall I say wasting $10,000 on new flooring I would NOT suggest going with this company if you would like to end up with a floor which is not flat, has huge gaps in it, is uneven and overall very shoddy workmanship.

No longer servicing or selling to the public. So if you are looking for flooring don't waste your time with them.

Very disappointed, they didn't glue vinyl board's down, they should have been, wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Not even an apology.

Awesome job by these guys on luxury vinyl plank flooring through out my house.. From my initial phone call to quote and install they were great to deal with.. Even with my short timeframe to get the job done they did it without a drama.. The install crew did a good job and didnt leave any mess. Will definatley use these guys in the near futre for my carpet in the rooms. Thanks guys.

Do not use this company they have installed $9000 worth of floorboards completely uneven with visible waves and bumps throughout the house. We have had them back 20 times to fix all the other issues with gaps, uneven trims,I can’t beileve ‘so’ called professionals have done this to my house!I would not recommend this company they are not willing to fix the very very bad job they have done sbc have been delaying and delaying fixing this for 6 months now. We will be taking them to VCAT and that ombudsman if they don’t repair this terrible work they have done.Do yourself a favour and do not use this company if you want a professional satisfactory job.
