Cheese Therapy

Repeat customer with no issues in the past but I ordered the Kris Lloyd Cheesemaker Pack plus Grazing Box on December 18th, and it still hasn’t shipped as of February 1st.All numbers are disconnected and no response to emails or queries through website. Outraged to then receive an auto text this morning prompting me to place an order because “it’s been a while” since I placed an order. Did the public offer not go as well as hoped so now donations are being appropriated?

Ordered two mystery boxes! It’s still a mystery as to where they are? I waited over a month for them (one was a gift for our house sitter.) They never arrived so I requested a refund which still hasn’t come through. It’s now been two months since I ordered and I have no cheese and they have my money - seems like a bit of a scam particularly as there is no way to contact them via phone and they refuse to respond appropriately via email. It’s sad because we had a great experience with them the year prior so I was excited to order with them again.

Ordered 4 cheeses and grazing box on the 17th as an Xmas gift, was told it would be arriving on the 26th (cool no problem) however the order arrived on the 4th, all the cheeses were smelly/mouldy and not in a good way, it was almost as if there was no refrigeration, not to mention one cheese had expired. Emailed asking politely for an explanation/refund just for the cheeses, emails were ignored. However I keep receiving “review cheese therapy” emails no issue so here’s my review lol. Cheese therapy has gone down hill after what seems like a change in management. Disappointing because the product quality and customer service used to be exceptional.

Agree with all these reviews with regards delivery. Have been waiting for a month for my delivery. I have received 1 response from my 3 emails sent. Was told my order would be here next week. Next week has come and gone. As soon as I wanted to cancel my order I receive notification of delivery date (which is between 26th and 29th Dec). Very frustrating. AND they're still advertising to order now for Christmas.

Taken 18 days so far for Christmas delivery as we wait here in early January and still not here. Goods have shuttled between Sydney and Melbourne, been put out for delivery several times with no delivery attempts made. Several emails. And they blame their carrier. That’s not my problem. Then they ask me to keep sending emails so my complaint is at the top of the pile. Hmmm. Lots and lots of problems with this business. Would not recommend for their customer service, as for the products they will probably be past their use by date - if they ever arrive that is. When I ask for a refund and order cancellation they just won’t listen, hoping I will go away.

It came warm and not cooled. Multiple messages and no follow up. Things happen which i get and customer service was great before hand but after when there was an issue has been terrible.

I've had a 6-monthly delivery for a few years that has always arrived on time. This time around, payment was taken, no delivery 20 days later. I tried to make contact, no replies to my emails or fb msgs. Phone line is disconnected. Cheese arrived 24 days after payment, and one cheese has a use-by date 2 days from now, and looks dry and old. No tasting book like in previous boxes that described each cheese, just a generic booklet with no extra info.Something has gone wrong with this business, so I warn against ordering from them. I hope they come good, previous deliveries were great.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give tis company 0 stars if I could. I ordered a box as a gift for someone. The website says that boxes are sent on weekdays. A week later I had still not received any notification that it had been shipped, and I had to follow up. Finally received a response 3 days later saying there had been a delay and it would be shipped that week. After 3 weeks and still no delivery I followed up again, and received no response at all this time. The package finally arrived 3 weeks, and 5 days later!! I was extremely disappointed and beyond embarrassed. There was never any follow up from the company or any apology. Atrocious customer service.

I would not recommend this company. I placed an order for two boxes of cheese on the 28th November and still no delivery. I have received several excuses but of late no reply to any emails. I would say it is a scam but fear it is just a very badly managed business. Do not waste your money.
