Terrible service. Had to do the staff members job for them in chasing things up through head office. Has taken 5 months pursuing a refund for something that was their error. No apology and made to feel unreasonable for expecting a refund. Totally incompetent

False advertising and staff rudeness meant we left with making a purchase. Plates at front of store advertized as 60% off were full price at till. BEWARE of their sale tickets. Rude woman told me to lower my voice when l pointed out the problem.

I went to get a replacement for the small but expensive frying pan as mine had warped. Purchased 15/5/2020. I no longer had the receipt but told them the exact date of purchase and approximate time plus the other item that was purchased at the same time. They refused to do anything about it and implied that without proof of purchase I could not prove i had purchased it.

Customer service is very average and they didnt seem to care that we had quality issues with the products we had purchased. Misleading signage and sales but according to the shop assistant, mis-labelled sale offers are not their problem. Nevermind, I found the item I was after at the misrepresented sale price online from the manufacturer.

There is a young woman with long dark curly hair . Omg she is so helpfulShe was run off her feet but still asked me if I needed assistanceAnd what I wanted was a mandolin and her favorite one was out backShe then explained why she loves hers so much, it was the most expensive one available. I bought itI love itI love her honest opinionMust get her name !

I bought 4 China cups and there was 30% off well I didn’t get my discount and they don’t take cash! They are thieves and because they don’t take cash they rob you will never go back & will be telling all my Coffs Harbour friends one thing I know is Coffs works on word of mouth!

This is a fabulous stores that stocks all things kitchen and dining related. I purchased some items here for Christmas gifts and had a wonderful mooch around in here. There is so much to see. The prices are quite reasonable. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Went in there today to look for Christmas gifts. I was totally ignored. When I looked towards one staff member she just looked at me. No smile, no offer of help. More interested in how they were going to display stuff. Won't be supporting them.

The staff are all smiles until you want to return a faulty product... Then customer beware!! Even with a receipt they look and speak to you like you have done something wrong! Zero customer service skills. Will never shop there again.

The male shop assistant was very rude, I was polite to him. I know that it's Christmas eve and they're busy filling their shelves, I found what I needed without help I just needed someone to operate the cash register not give me attitude because he dropped my knife and I said that I'd get another one out of the display.
