I went in to the Tuggerah store on 26 October and have been meaning to leave a review for the fantastic customer service I received from Ryan at the register. Although the store is smaller than most and I usually shop H&M at larger store's I have never received such friendly, professional customer service as I did this day. Ryan is a real asset to your store and should receive recognition for his work.

Great variety of clothing in different price brackets, staff helpful to answer questions in different areas.

Brought a dress online as they didn't have my size in store. The dress I received is a different colour, it should have been a white background with flowers but I got a dirty beige colour. Cannot return in store and it cost over $10 dollars to return it.Will never buy online again from H&M. Customer service online were rude and wouldn't do anything, even though it was their fault.
