Our Mystique fence is wonderful, and attracts lots of compliments from passers by, as well as neighbours, friends and tradies. The customer service from Jessica and the team in the factory was great, from first enquiry to post-delivery. Very happy that it’s made in Australia. Would recommend highly.

We have had the Bellbrae fence from the Domestic range installed for a while now. Whilst initially it wasnt without a problem (the metal inserts for the rails didnt fit), this was promptly addressed by the team and Ben personally delivered the replacements to our house on a weekend nonetheless! Fast forward 12 months and we had some issues with the vertical supports for the slats. Initially we were rather disappointed with this however again, Ben was more than helpful and explained some improvements they had made to this part since we had purchased our fence to make it more robust. We were then supplied with replacements in the improved style which again Ben dropped at our front door and then proceeded to install them with me while he was there.Ben & the teams commitment to supporting customers and developing/improving their product is exceptional. As a result, we have a fantastic fence that looks so much better than our previous picket fence, is more robust, hasnt moved, is easily cleaned and best of a'' i'll never have to paint the damn thing!

I installed our new Mystique privacy fencing myself to replace a tired old brush fence. I am really happy with the result and the fence gets nothing but compliments from the neighbors and passers by. It looks great. The ordering process was easy. I sent a plan with dimensions, gate positioning etc and the team at Think Fencing team came back very quickly with a design and quote. It did take a few months to manufacture (including the custom made gate) but it was absolutely worth the wait. What a great product and great value! And it is so satisfying that it is made here in Australia.

We LOVE our white picket fence and a mystique gate we recently purchased and installed from Think Fencing. The product is great quality and looks amazing, we have gotten so many comments and questions from people walking by. Jessica and Ben provided excellent and professional customer service and communication, and were so accomodating to all our requests and questions. A big thanks to all the team for our fence and for all the help along the way. We were happy to be able to install this ourselves having never done fencing before.
