Australia Post - Devonport West LPO
Absolutely unreliable. I received an urgent notice in the mail about a package and went to go pick it up and they told me they nearly sent it back because I didn’t pick it up. They NEVER notified me about this package until I got the urgent notification and told me they would have texted me but there was no phone number so they just didn’t send anything? My package had been there for almost three weeks and no one told me at all. They were quite rude when I picked it up as well acting like it was somehow my fault. How would I have known someone sent me something without notification? Absolutely AWFUL
