I had a great experience at this shop. Found the product I needed for the specific kind of work I do (resin 3D printing) and the staff member I spoke to took his time to explain each brand and level of protection. Would highly recommend. The location on google maps was a bit off if you're driving, its the second driveway on the left not the first.

The product (masks) were shipped in a plastic bag that was torn. The boxed masks inside the bag were crushed and left exposed to contamination because of the choice of shipping (torn bag). No response has been received after 9 days requesting a refund as the product is no longer fit for purpose and agreeing to return the now defective product. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything that requires shipping because they don’t ship with the product in mind.

the fit test was easy, staff were helpful and explained things clearly.the location is not public transport friendly though and was a bit too far for me to drive there.

Worst experience with Onsite Safety's online store.***selling masks that are not fit for purpose***faulty masks - rubber straps snap off & break including when fitting a new mask.Onsite will not provide a returns label for a refund.
