The classes are so much fun!! I always leave feeling so good about myself and the trainers are all so lovely and supportive. Such a great place for beginners to learn, have fun and feel great in themselves. I feel like I’ve become a lot more confident in myself and I always leave the class with a smile on my face

I absolutely love Heels up tease class with Aime she is an amazing teacher she brakes the hard dance moves down for you in a way that makes it very easy to archive. I really look forward to class every week.
