Great centre! my son loves it and the educators are amazing

Nothing short of amazing from Bright Minds South Nowra! We previously had our children at a home daycare that just wasn’t cutting it. The educators have made my babies so comfortable that they now love attending care.

Little one has been going for 4 months now and I have nothing but positive things to say. Communication has been amazing, the educators are all so lovely and the centre manager is nothing but helpful.

This place is unreal the outdoor play area is amazing for the children. The staff are wonderful.

Had a tour to enrol my children and on arrival in the lobby you could hear the educator yelling at kids. Then once we entered the 2-3 yr old room we saw an educator rip a child off the lounge onto the floor by their arm (which the baby was scream crying), to the point that my mother said YOU DO NOT PUT A HAND ON CHILDREN! Then once out in the play area saw educators pulling children by there wrists. I Could not believe what i was seeing the way the kids were treated in the short time i was there and how the rooms were not clean at all. definitely refused enrolling my children there. If thats how they treat children when they have people on a tour id hate to see what its like without other people there. I just hope the parents of the kids their know how they are being treated while in care""

My little one has been going to bright minds for a little over a year now. I can not fault the centre. The staff are lovely, friendly and approachable. The centre manager is fantastic and will go above and beyond when there is an issue. My daughter loves all the educators and gets excited when we pull into the car park each morning.
