Clean Queen St Kilda

First time user and boy was I impressed!!!! This would have to be the cleanest laundry by far in St Kilda, there's a cleaner in there practically every night im in there. The machines are all brand new and they have card facilities.7 stars over all the other laundries in St Kilda!!!!

I used Clean Queen for the second time today. Super clean and brand new. Bumped into the owners last time I was there and they were so friendly and gave me a free wash. Close to shops as well, so I could grab lunch while my clothes were washing. Would definitely recommend!

I need a job here, nice place to work.

All it has been doing lately is chewing my money and not working. I try and get in contact with the company but no response back.

Used this laundromat a few times. Today after using an XL dryer for 12 min I wanted to continue drying for a few minutes. I tried the same dryer and 2 more, all of them accepted my money and didn't turn on.

Obviously has a new owner as this is the WORST run business I’ve ever experienced.Tried it for the first time, put my money into the machine, it took the money but machine didn’t work. So I had no choice but to try the one next to it and it happened again. I ran out of coins at this point so tried to get change from the note machine, and sure enough it spat my $5, $10 and $20 straight out. And all notes were flat with no bends. This is actually NOT even why I’m giving this review. I’m incredibly understanding and understand that machines sometimes malfunction, I can accept that. But what I CAN’T accept is that when you try to solve the issue and call the owner or whoever manages the business to rectify the issue you CANNOT get through. I’ve been trying for 4 days to call, left text messages and NOTHING. Not ONE response. To not be contactable at all in a business like this where issues can go wrong daily is UNBELIEVABLE. So if you don’t want to lose your time and money, I would highly recommend going somewhere else, because you won’t get through to the number provided on Google. Try it yourself!
