Pennant Hills Child and Family Health Centre
Not a welcoming place. Staff are clueless and not approachable. They didn't even know what to do for a 6-8 week check up. Definitely not going back. I can do the check ups myself. I would be looking elsewhere if you need assistance.

You walk in and reception staff are always talking amongst themselves. You feel completely ignored for a few minutes and then made to feel like you've interrupted their personal conversation. The older staff obviously take their job for granted & need to update their skills.There is a kids play area in the waiting area with an empty dolls house sitting on the table and few toys to play with.I've only come across 1 excellent early childhood nurse/midwife.It's certainly not a welcoming or inviting place for mothers.I probably won't return.

If you are planning to go to a mothers group there.... dont. See if you can get into another place or use an app to meet other local mums. They do not support the 'group', and get you to book in session with potentially different woman each week. That is, its not one group of new mums but whomever books in for the day. They do not answer the calls or rarely call back. I haven't seen any doctors/nurses there but i am quite happy not to.

Very bad experience,both the doctor and the reception!Never come again!all the guys are very lazy,they don’t want work at all.no patient,so rude attitude,please please please never come here!

The service is terrible, this is a place where people are not welcome. The NSW government informed that COVID-19 tests for kids can be done there, but there is no such thing and you will be driven away immediately. of course，No one answers the phone even though you keep calling.

Pennant Hills Child and Family Health Centre
It's my go to place whenever I have questions about my toddler's developmental growth. The nurses there are knowledgeable, supportive and have various suggestions for any questions that I have. Their suggestions have helped me come out of the problem I have been facing. I highly recommend new Mums to visit the centre if they are clueless about certain aspect of their child's growth.
