I didn't give them any notice but they still helped me get going. Helpful friendly staff. Good range of bikes and quads.

I enquired about a new run out bike they had advertised on the justbikes website. I was rung by their sales team the following day to be told the bike was sold a long time ago. I asked if they could could get me another bike for the same price. The sales guy said he would do some ringing around and get back to me. It's been 6 weeks.

Not as good as their word if purchasing a motorcycle check if in roadworthy condition

Large range of accessories and parts. Stopped here with a couple of mates on a ride and we all made purchases

If I could give less star rating I would.I have contacted this branch multiple times, as I am restoring an old Yamaha, with the guarantee from their employees that they would contact me back after looking for parts for me. After not hearing back, I contacted again to be mocked about buying parts such as a “flux capacitor” from the apprentice, which I can only assume the mechanics behind him in his ear having a lend of him while being unprofessional.I sent my wife in with a part and a detailed description of what type of bike it is off, including engine and frame numbers to see what it would cost to replace. She was talked down to and made to feel like a fool, due to her not knowing which part of the stator was broken. She asked if the whole assembly could just be replaced and there response was it would be too expensive. Instead of reasoning with her and asking if they could give it to the mechanic to test it, they sent her on her way with nothing. Doesn’t seem like they want the business as this is the third time I have tried with them.When I contacted the manager Dave, his response was he is busy and has work backed up. I asked why he didn’t take the product and test it, he said if he took the part to be tested it would take 10 days to get a mechanic to look at it. He then asked if I was ringing to pull the piss of his business, as I responded that I am trying to give him business, which doesn’t seem like he wants!Guess I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I will not be referring this business to anybody.

Needed front tyre for motorcycle and not from town but these guys couldn’t of been more helpful. Had what I needed it and fitted it . Walked around the premises and chatted with quite a few staff and they have a wealth of knowledge covering all bases. Outstanding service
