PRIME SHINE HAND CAR WASH & DETAILING

Did a so so job. Windows inside not wiped properly and were smudged. A sticky spray was on inside windscreen, had to scrub it off myself. I think it was the spray they used to clean the console, but it landed on the windscreen and not wiped off.

Terrible job I took my car for interior and exterior cleaning it looked like they just vacuumed it did not touch the outside or clean the windows .very disappointed Will never go back there again..

Do not come here. I feel robbed of my money for the pathetic excuse of a full interior cleaning job they did on my vehicle. They gave my car back to me not even fully vacuumed and still with stains on the car seats and smelling foul, even after a week. I made them take the seats out so I could look at the areas I couldn’t see and they hadn’t even touched it. Theres no excuse for that. If I’m paying for a $300 service, you do it properly and professionally, not leave sand, dirt and hair hidden under my car seats!? What an absolute joke. I wasn’t offered any benefits or discount for their terrible and unprofessional service. Really not happy and won’t be coming back here again. A week later I ended up cleaning my seats and carpet myself with a bissell spot clean vacuum and sucked up so much brown dirty liquid. Just goes to show that I spent $300 on nothing!

6 starts out of 5.Amazing job. I bought my car brand new two years ago and kept maintaining it clean... Hand washed it myself every fortnight but after using Ajay services at PRIME SHINE I will definitely go there again for a monthly deep clean.Car exterior is amazingly shiny, plastic and steer wheel are like when I bought the car 2 years ago... My white rims look pretty good and they where quite dark...Great job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Dropped off my van for a wash, made the mistake of paying before seeing how they had washed the car. Absolutely pathetic job. Looked like they had just sprayed water on it and THATS IT! I showed the one of the guys there and he's excuse was that they had new staff, and next time I come they will do a better job. Why charge me then? Got home and actually saw how bad it was, all windows still dirty, full front bumper dirty, all plastics around the car still dusty. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.

I feel like I spent way too much money getting my car cleaned. I could have washed and cleaned my car on my own (I would have done a better job) and I would have only spent 1/10 to about 1/5 of the amount that I paid. My heart aches that I have spent so much.I don’t know. It’s been 2 days since I used Ajay’s services but I hold so much regrets in my heart. I should have just cleaned my car on my own.He said the job will take 1hr to 1hr 30 mins but it only ended up being around 40/45 mins. I feel like they would have done a better job if they actually took more time to clean my car properly.I ended up having to clean the rest of my car on my own.

They charged me 150$. They didn’t clean properly. They didn’t clean properly, windows interior…….I think so they didn’t touch wheels.
