Great friendly and knowledgeable team who is more than happy to assist with all manner of boatbuilding and finishing. A vast array of cutting edge products and finishes that are extremely durable and safe to use. Products include everything for timber boats, epoxy resin, fillers and glass, closed cell two part mix flotation foam, water based safe two pack finishes, matting, tapes, varnishes, and a wealth of information and tips for all of the above. A great team with years of experience with the products they sell. Will definitely be back. Way better than Whitworths!!!

I'm just starting out on my first project repairing an old AUS 125 dinghy and Dave has taken the time to provided me with invaluable advice and resources for the aspects that I'm facing. Dave and Scott have been invaluable helping me from the beginning of my project building my boat from the ground up. Their plywood and epoxy have been of excellent quality as well as their advice over the years it's taken me to finish it. Great service and nothing was too much of a problem for them.

What a fantastic business! Aussie made products and super helpful advice. Dave and his team are always happy to give you a hand and they even sell a new product called LuciClear that is amazing for River Tables!! Their YouTube Channel (The Epoxy Guru) is really useful too for learning about how to use the products and gaining ideas for DIY. I was impressed that the products are safe to go in the post as they are not dangerous goods!! So many bonuses. Thanks to Dave for answering my every question!

Restored my first boat, an Australian Sailfish dinghy, in late 2016. As of this month (Sept 2017) have also completed the construction of an Iain Oughtred-designed MacGregor sailing canoe. Bote-Cote products were used with both projects. Product knowledge, advice and service were excellent. Goods were sometimes delivered to my home, but where possible I preferred to collect in person so that I could have the benefit of an impromptu and always informative tutorial from either Dave or Scott. Good people, and wonderful supporters of the wooden boat fraternity.
