Auto Torque

I recently used Auto Torque to go over my car to diagnose and provide advice on a number of my concerns. The guys were clearly thorough.Josh and his team are honest, very experienced and friendly. I'm very impressed and don't recommend anyone easily. It may take a while to book in but worth waiting for.

Outstanding result!!! My car drives way way better than the first time I got this from Ford dealer. I bought this car with just 13k mileage a one year old car. Buying a car is not my expertise so to make sure I have a peace of mind I went to a dealer but with a tight budget I ended up to a one year old used car and it looks great. Totally correct it looks a bit sporty European car and I noticed a shuddering issue with a bit of grinding noise. After few months of owning this car I brought it back for a recall clutch assembly replacement. Got the car back after two days and I was advised it was normal hearing a noise in slow acceleration and it’s even noted in the warranty recall. Did my research in the net and found out there’s a class action suit in this car. I ignored the emails and mails I am getting cause I don’t want any hassle so for the past 9 years owning (108k kms) this I always bring the car to the dealer to deal with the warranty and two years ago was the last time it has a recall replacement of TCM which my car had no reverse. I got the car back but still the shudder and grinding still on going. Nov 2022 I started noticing bad shifting and gears clunking and I have no reverse again. A friend of mine recommended Auto Torque and now the rest is history. I waited patiently and got the car towed to the shop Feb of this year and three months after finally the long wait is over I can now say Auto Torque knows what they are doing. Very professional and will explain to you what really the problems are. I paid a lot $$$ but is it worth it? Yes definitely worth the wait. With 12 months warranty and was advised that in case there’s any issue just call them but the way the car runs now I don’t think so. Of course there’s a wear and tear but it will take time so going back there will be for maintenance service. I would 100% recommend Auto Torque for those of you having issues in your car’s transmission.

Great service. The only drawback is that they are booked out for a long time forward.

5 stars. Honest, reasonably priced and they know their stuff - had a ZF6 speed transmission serviced and a leak repaired, plus a general service - very happy with the work. Had to book it in almost a month beforehand, but the fact they're booked that far in advance says plenty.

Took nearly 4 weeks to get a booking for a faulty CVT on my Maxima. I figured they had to be reliable with that wait and so it was. The fault was diagnosed, fixed and tested and the cost was reasonable, given some of the horror CVT repair tales on the web. They had the car for two days. I highly recommend Josh and the crew there for fixing transmission faults.

Very happy. They did a transmission rebuild. After 6 weeks or so i found a significant issue. I was treated with respect when I returned it to be fixed. It took two weeks to repair and to identify the obscure fault. I was kept up to date constantly. Turned out to be an original manufacturing fault. They essentially had to rebuild the box to find/fix it. The transmission works properly now for the first time. All done under warranty. It is how you are treated when things that dont go to plan that makes a happy customer. Only the second time in 50 years of motoring that someone did the job properly for me. I do recommend them

Spoke to Josh about a problem with a friend of mine’s Hyundai Accent. He gave me polite and professional advice re my friends problem and advised to book it in for an inspection. I have dealt with him on previous occasions and found him to be straightforward and above all honest. Highly recommend.
