Bundaberg Library

What a fantastic welcoming open space. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat outside and the abundance of comfortable seating, delicious coffee and wonderful variety of books invited you to stay.

Always enjoy going to the Library. Great selection of books & activities.

Library staff critical, judgemental, unhelpful and dismissive of struggles of Mum with a 2 year old and 3 year old, which makes me feel very disappointed and dissatisfied. If parents with small children are not welcome in the library, then child development will suffer.

Staff are always happy and wearing their smile.

Went to the library to do a job application assessment. As I started to complete it the staff started to replace the PC’s around me which I was fine with, but when I was half way through the assessment I was interrupted and told to hurry up. I was completing a test with a time limit and could only be completed once and to be interrupted during something so important really stressed me out. There were no signs saying that they were replacing the PCs that day and to not use them. They did this in the middle of the day.Why not do this before the library is open? Why not respect someone who is very clearly concentrating on that PC? Why not have the patience to wait that extra 10 minutes for her to complete it?Just was a really bad experience.

Just recently signed up and the staff are amazing also wheelchair accessible so terrific.

Gorgeous setting and welcoming environment - very nice atmosphere and overall a really good library!
