My physio Mitch went above and beyond to tailor a targeted treatment plan based on my needs, and would adjust each week depending on my feedback and progress. Highly recommend! A truly person-centered allied health service.

My experience with them was wonderful! The clinic has top professionals who are very dedicated to our recovery. In particular, I have a lot to thank my physio Jacob who took care of my recovery with a lot of love, patience and dedication. Always very attentive to my improvement, he did his best! Today I can say that I owe him a lot of gratitude!

Since being referred to this clinic in May 2022 I've been nothing but happy with the care I've received! The knowledge Trish has is amazing and its great to see her teaching the junior staff. Technology devices to measure muscle engagement and strength were utilised during my treatment in which I've not seen at other clinics. My primary physio is Bek and I have to say she's a world of knowledge, her assessments are extensive and thorough. I've been seeing physiotherapists for a decade now on and off and l have to say for a physiotherapist in her early career I'm really impressed. She goes above and beyond to help her patients which separates a great practitioner from the average. She's empathetic, professional and frankly just a cool person. The clinics front desk receptionist Maria is a lovely woman, making you feel right at home. The clinic has great facilities with a pilates gym and weights. I also saw a woman's health physio for pelvic floor investigations and have learnt plenty. Bek and Trish got me to a point where I am not a regular client and only come back as required. I would highly highly recommend to anyone needing physiotherapy, I went from not being able to walk due to severe pain to weightlifting and the gym with big goals.

Definitely miracle workers and the highest quality physios I've ever been to. Big thankyou to Trish and Jacob for their awesome help. For the first time in years I don't have constant hip pain which is a huge relief. Highly recommended to anyone suffering from chronic pain. The team at Take control are very friendly , caring and accommodating. Great Bounce Back programs for rehabilitation. Pilates classes are also great as they work back with my rehab plan from physio to ensure we continue to strengthen the areas needed to support my injury. Easily the best Physio I’ve encountered. After a serious injury, I was left feeling like I had to “deal with it” and suffered ongoing pain and loss of mobility and saw countless doctors/physios/surgeons to fix or manage it. My Physio Jacob was not only able to fix the injury I needed fixed but also gave me ways to manage pain daily. The treatment he provided was tailored to suit me and my lifestyle and to ensure I could still partake in activities. He provided wholistic treatment which has changed my quality of life, and has allowed me the freedom to do basic tasks I couldn’t before, and to get back to sports. He has excellent knowledge surpassing any medical professional I’ve encountered previously and was able to give me stretches, exercises and tips which I still continue to use frequently should I experience pain. Practice staff are always friendly, professional and management should pride themselves on building a team of such wonderful people. Treatment rooms are always clean and tidy.
