Pleas don't waste your money! They quote you a price and then turn up and say you never told them that you wanted to move these items. Then they ask for more money otherwise they will not move the stuff! Unprofessionally!!!!! Please use a reputable company.

DO NOT USE THIS COYThey were late, very slow, struggled with heavy objects. They could not get 3 seater couch out through the door, no strength between them. They tried to get my matress base downstairs, said it was not possible. .after trying for 30 mins. I instructed them to leave it and focus on moving the other items into the truck first. Next was my dining table ..they lifted the glass and took it outside, next thing I heard glass smashing ..yup my dining table glass top broken into tiny pieces!!!! They apologised and were genuine about it however they broke my table. I was in two minds as to whether i should let them continue as they were so incompetent. It was Friday afternoon and I was short of time so let them proceed. After they put all items into truck the base was still upstairs. I asked them to give it another go but with my instructions only as I watched the last removalists take the base up. They were adamant it would not work and wanted permission to push it hard which would damage the wall. I said go ahead if you are paying for the damage. They didn't know whst to do I gave instructions and after 2 mins yes 2 mins same two guys got the base down easily. I should be a removalist. .seems you don't need experience these days! To be fair the two guys were very polite however i would not recommend this coy after my bad experience.

Was very pleased they actually arrived on time, as in the past i have had issues with removalists being late for several hours.Was very pleased with the service provided, and would highly recommend to my fellow mates

Do not use this moving company.-Showed up late-Tried to overcharge-Dissapeared for half an hour to pick up a friend-Extremely slow-Damaged washing machine and refused to repair-Cannot lift 'heavy things'-Left furniture behindThis company deserves less than one star save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Never got a call back before my move.Website is easy to use.But due to lack of contact (email or phone) is the score.Would call next time I move and rate more accurately then!

One of the best removalists I've come across till today!! Was very pleased with their efficient staff and their superior service they provided me. They did a excellent job! HAPPY they don't have any hidden costs!! Would deffs recommend them to everyone out there.

Unfortunately they were slow, they seemed to not want to be there, they tried to charge me extra for the stairs & they smashed my picture frames & left behind my tv & other items.
