Have been coming to Vale for a few months now. Lovely boutique fitness facility full of friendly faces and amazing staff members. Everyone there has a welcoming attitude which makes you love coming to the gym. I highly recommend the PT sessions also with the trainers there. I've been training with Mary since the start of my journey and have had huge results so far. She is very knowledgeable in her field of study and will ensure to cater to YOUR needs, regardless if you're someone of a beginner, intermediate or advanced background :)

Love coming to this Gym. The staff are so friendly & Nicki is one in a million, I was very apprehensive about going to gym but she has made me feel very comfortable. Nicki so patient very caring I really look forward to attending!

Vale Health and Fitness
Vale health and fitness is an amazing place to workout. The staff is super helpful, encouraging and friendly. Their group classes are challenging and fun. It’s great to be able to really get stronger.The trainer’s are always so upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. The community they have built at this gym is incredible and it is such a joy working out here. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Friendly women's gym with highly trained, friendly and caring staff. The members are also friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere. There are several trial options for joining.
