Just had an interaction with one of the staff member from Pharma Save Casuarina called Laarni_B. I was trying to find out Invictus perfume for my husband and I was standing in the counter but she was not asking me what I need help with as she was not busy at all.When I asked myself for Invictus perfume, she stared at me like I felt was a derogatory look. When I asked for a price for 3 times, then she told me the price. She didn't even bother to answer me. I asked her for the bigger than 50ml one, but she said that it is out of stock which was understandable and I landed up buying that 50ml one for me. When I told my husband about the Invictus after getting out of the store that I bought ,he told me not to buy that and buy the bigger one which was currently out of stock. Then in 5 minutes, I returned back to the store and told her my story. She didn't even bother to smile but giving me the rude look as if I had asked for her kidney. When I was inserting the card for the refund ,I was saying sorry to her for this trouble thrice, but she did not even bother to say it's okey or no worries".She did not say even one word even after she gave me the refund receipt. I have worked in a retail store for more than 4 years and I know how do we serve the customers. Today when I was a customer and I was treated like this

Bought an item from ebay to collect it at their store but they did not scan it after one month. I had to go there 2 times to ask eventhough it was in their store. Worse staff I ever experienced. They do not listen to customers. Never come back there. Just stay away from them for your best.

Absolute rip-off. Asmol is $8.50 everywhere and these people charge $12 plus. Avoid like the plague.

Not open during hours of advertised opening

I shop at this pharmacy for all my Clarins. I love dealing with Carmel she is amazing, friendly, helpful and remembers what I have bought previously. I have found even when she is not there I have had excellent customer service. Thank you Carmel for your excellent customer service and beautiful nature. :) Jennifer (Palmerston)
